The Setai Tel Aviv equipped with four state-of-the-art meeting spaces and banquet halls that can accommodate any range of private events, from board meetings & conferences to birthdays & bar mitzvahs.

The Hadarim Hall — the largest of the four spaces — sits at 13×14 square-meters and can comfortably accommodate 150 guests. It features a large-scale projection screen that descends from the ceiling, as well as a corresponding video projector. Seating can be arranged banquet-style, theater-style, or in whatever arrangement best suits the occasion.

The three meeting rooms range from 4×7 to 6.5×7-square-meters, the largest of which can fit up to 50 guests with theater-style seating. The meeting rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs, transportable podiums and stages, high-speed WiFi and all the necessary audio/video trappings to facilitate a successful event.

Spaces are available for half day rentals (8:00 – 13:00) or full day rentals (8:00 – 17:00) and pricing is contingent upon the number of guests and the catering package. The Setai Tel Aviv’s packages include any preferred combination of breakfasts, coffee breaks and pre-fixe lunches. Guests can customize their catering package according to the day’s itinerary and the needs of the group. Coffee & tea are refilled throughout the day by The Setai Tel Aviv’s attentive events staff. Meals can be served buffet-style, plated individually, or served in the gorgeous lobby-level restaurant. Formal white linens are available upon request.

Evening rentals are also available beginning at 18:00 each day. The Setai Tel Aviv also features a small, on-premise synagogue which is available for use during any relevant celebration.
